Nadine Ghosn is a senior compliance leader with over 30 years’ experience across banking, fintech, payments and regulation, currently serving as Director of GRC at Complyport UAE and Fintech Advisor to Fintech Stable. A former Director of Compliance and Group DPO at areeba, she has a proven track record of managing operations across ten jurisdictions and founding BeyondComply to advise global financial institutions and regulators.
She possesses extensive cross-border expertise, having worked directly with central banks and supervisory authorities across the MENA region and Europe, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. A certified CAMS and GDPR Practitioner, she specialises in AML/CFT, data protection and card-scheme compliance, with a focus on balancing regulatory discipline with commercial agility.
